How It All Works:

• Send us an email: at support@trunkslife.com with the subject being "Customize Order" with answers of things you would like us to recognize from the questionnaire/idea list below.
• Get Creative: Dive into your creativity with your answers so we can create the trunks that speak to your inner rebel or should we say theirs? Trunks will have personalized graphics to create a custom trunk. (see example shown)

• No Sweat Ordering: We'll handle the rest. Our fool-proof customization process ensures your unique vision becomes a reality. No artistic skills required! We will send you a mock-up for approval. Once you approved place order from the link we send in  email.
• WHATEVER YOU DO- DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR SAMPLE SHOWN. That sample shown is exactly what you will receive and since these are custom-made there won't be a return.

Shipping- Please note, between communication/mock-up, make and shipping, please allow a good 30 days, on entire process, to be sure of delivery time. Better to be safe than sorry especially if these are a gift. These are custom and will take a little longer for entire process. 

Returns- Make sure you order the correct size. Unfortunately, because these are custom, there is no return for changes of mind or wrong size ordered.
