- Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items:
- We accept returns for damaged or faulty items only.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please provide clear photos of the damaged or faulty item along with your order number.
- Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
- No Returns for Change of Mind:
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size.
- Since each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or fault.
- Exceptions:
- In rare cases where an item is delivered with a manufacturing defect or if there was an error on our part, we will make an exception and accept a return for exchange or refund.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for returned items will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
